I’m Diana, a Senior Instructional Designer with a Master’s in EdTech and Instructional Design, as well as a Bachelor's in Education.

Over the years, I’ve designed effective and engaging learning solutions, leveraging my multilingual skills to create impactful learning experiences in English, Italian, and Spanish.

I combine a strong foundation in instructional design principles with cultural awareness and innovative technology to craft user-centered learning experiences that deliver real results for diverse audiences.

What Sets Me Apart?

Books
Strong Theoretical Background

I’ve spent a lot of time studying how people learn! My background as an educator, combined with a solid understanding of learning styles, differentiation, and assessment strategies, helps me design learning experiences that are not only effective but also fun and engaging.

Proficiency with Development Tools

I love using technology to bring learning to life. With expertise in eLearning authoring tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia design software, I develop content that’s not only functional but also visually engaging and interactive. My ability to adapt to different tools and client needs makes each project unique and effective.

Global and Multilingual Lens

Living and working abroad has given me a deep appreciation for how culture shapes learning preferences. I design with cultural diversity in mind, creating learning experiences that are inclusive and globally relevant. Plus, being multilingual helps me connect with diverse teams and build strong collaboration across cultures.

Leadership and Team Management

I enjoy mentoring and onboarding new instructional designers, helping them grow their skills and confidence. I’ve also managed complex client relationships, navigating challenges with professionalism and keeping projects on track. I bring a collaborative, results-driven approach to leading teams and managing stakeholders.

Motivation, Drive, and Determination

I’m not just about staying in my comfort zone—I'm always pushing myself to learn something new. Mistakes? I embrace them because they’re just stepping stones to getting better. I see obstacles as challenges to be conquered, not setbacks. It’s this determination and drive to be the best that keeps me on top of my game and ready for whatever comes next in the world of instructional design.

Alice E.

Spanish Professor

Diana’s interpersonal skills shine in the way she has helped others, including myself, understand different technologies and approaches to putting language teaching and learning online.

As a talented problem-solver, she taught faculty members how to use different tools to help our students achieve language proficiency.

The courses and interactive activities she designed demonstrate her rigorous understanding of general educational principles, online course design, Applied Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition.

Ann Marie S.

Math Professor

I have experienced Diana's teaching in an in-class setting as well as online.

She is a very engaging professor who incorporates a variety of creative instructional strategies, media, and technology which helped me to develop an understanding of grammar structures and vocabulary, as well as improve oral communication skills.

She is a very supportive and encouraging instructor. Having lived in Italy for several years, her first-hand knowledge of Italian culture has made the class extremely interesting and fun!
